Base3 Solutions Named as a Supplier on G-Cloud 15

Base3 Solutions has been named as a supplier on the G-Cloud 15 framework (agreement number RM1557.15), managed by Government Commercial Agency (GCA), under Lot 3: Cloud Support.

For organisations across the UK public sector, this provides a straightforward, fully compliant procurement route to engage Base3 Solutions for specialist cloud support, cyber security, software development and data engineering services.

What is G-Cloud?

G-Cloud is a UK Government procurement framework managed by GCA. It enables public sector organisations to purchase approved cloud services from pre-qualified suppliers without the time and complexity of running a full procurement exercise.

The framework is used by organisations including central government departments, local authorities, NHS organisations, police forces, emergency services, universities and colleges, housing associations, and other public sector bodies.

Rather than navigating lengthy tender processes, buyers can procure services directly from suppliers listed on the framework, helping projects begin more quickly while remaining fully compliant with public sector procurement requirements.

What Does It Mean to be a G-Cloud 15 Supplier?

Being named as a supplier on G-Cloud 15 means our service definitions and pricing have been submitted and published through the Government’s Digital Marketplace.

It gives public sector customers a recognised, compliant route to engage Base3 Solutions, with clear service definitions and transparent pricing.

G-Cloud 15 is an open framework, let under the Procurement Act 2023. Services include:

– infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and platform as a service (PaaS)

– infrastructure software as a service (I-SaaS)

– software as a service (SaaS)

– cloud support services (additional services)

How Does This Benefit Our Customers?

For organisations looking to deliver cloud or digital transformation projects, G-Cloud offers several advantages:

  • Faster procurement compared with traditional tender exercises
  • Transparent pricing with clearly defined service offerings
  • Reduced procurement overhead
  • Access to specialist technical expertise through an established framework
  • Confidence that procurement is being carried out through a compliant government route

This means less time spent navigating procurement processes and more time delivering successful outcomes.
