IT Support Engineer

This is an extremely exciting time to join this growing Managed Service Provider and secure yourself a role as an IT Support Engineer and work with high-profile clients across the Southwest and West Midlands.

This role will enable you to work in a flexible manner and provide you dedicated time to innovate and increase your technical skills, as well as utilising several different technologies. We will work with you to create an appropriate technical pathway, that suits where you wish to focus your attentions and support you on your journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • You will work within a small technical team providing services to several clients
  • You will be able to work a mixture of remote and on client sites, where you will have the responsibility of managing and maintaining systems and services
  • You will need to monitor systems, resolve incidents, or raise requests with the relevant external teams
  • Support and guide users of the services we provide
  • This is a client & customer facing role so you will have effective communication and rapport building skills
  • Liaise with other members of the team to support their activities

Full training for the role is provided, building upon your previous experience working in an IT Support position giving you the tools required to become a highly skilled professional and progress within the company

Salary range: £35,000-£50,000 + benefits

Holiday: 25 days (+ bank holidays)

Flexible working. Some remote work with some time on client sites.
